The ‘Grand Luminary Alliance,’ I believe. It’s more like Great Britain today, in that it’s really a combination of more than one previously independent nation under one sovereign. For example, there was a point when Denver had accidentally broken Urtica’s door down (yay, dragon strength!) and was citing some legal precedent which in theory meant that Urtica, despite being king of the realm, was not technically Denver’s personal sovereign and therefore couldn’t actually order him to leave the thrown room. Urtica pointed out that in practice, Neils and Bohr would enforce such an order. Violently.

When the spell is broke on Tiffany, good chance it will happen to Her too. She will be come a HE again … And how will the kingdom react when they find out you are married to a guy?

Not just mmmhmmm “I’m gagged noise” but is the king’s head is shaking slightly in panel 1, like he’s trying to throw off some mind control, or is that just his big head busting out of the panel?

I can’t shake the feeling that the princess is speaking in a tone of voice that would sound respectful to outsiders but, if you listen carefully, you can hear the note of sarcasm. I suspect that the Queen realises what’s happening.
Shes humming and using her spellsong powers to control him.
If Teresa’s using mind control spellsong both Tiffany because of her barbarian training and Peonie because of her unicorn hair crown are resistant to it’s effects.
I wonder if the spellsinging will be for something unexpected, such as keeping the guests and dignitaries and nobles of the realm happy about Theresa and King Urtica actually being in love.
Am I the only one who is pro-Teresa? haha She went from being a trans woman to getting a body matching herself to becoming recognized as the first female spellsinger to becoming Queen. She is awesome, haha.

My guess is that Theresa’s using her spellsinging to protect the king… after all, the king is FULLY aware of who and what Theresa is/was, and openly chosen her to be queen and enjoy all manner of benefits. Even if Theresa felt no attraction or affection for him, protecting him is a very smart move.
It really pisses off Princess P-cups to address him that way lol.
As for Theresa she owes the King a crap ton He save her from being muted and made her a power house in the Church and now He made her a power in the Alliance she would happily pay him back in any way he please including what ever pervy bed room shenanigans he likes. I would bet she is down with some hetro loving any ways.
That’s not the sort of warm, omminous humm anyone wants from someone.

@Freyja I am Pro Theresa to. The king has stress so he looks old and Theresa might not be doing a bad thing, slowing poison? Cloaking from magic? Doing a Pain control spell he might be injured. There are other possibilities. Might even be a Dispel to make certain there not disguised spies.Or maybe they kings kidnaped and this is a Animated statue? Maybe looking for an assassin?
There lots of possibilities Theresa other than being happy about her spelled state has only ever been a good (guy/girl) and more Loyal that the other clerics. Speaking of which they do not appear around.
So who behind the War’Tog? I am Guessing Faden or the Priests or Both.
Let’s just hope for Terry’s sake that she isn’t humming Kingie into marriage, because we all know, that eventually, Tif and slash or Princess P-Cups will break or interupt whatever spell she has going
If it is coersion, Kingie won’t give her time to explain or get it going again
Am I the only one who remembers how contagious the “girl curse” is. I am expecting King Urtica to be Queen Urtica in the very near future. Then Teresa will be SOL anyway.

And at JMV, that was the spell lashing out at people who tried to remove it. It seems to be self protecting.

It looks like she’s humming “Here comes the bride” to me.
I’d like an explanation about that humming. It’s a little too much to be a sound of disapproval. I’m also wondering why no one else is talking about it or mentioning it, especially Typhan-Knee.
I was thinking that the humming she is doing has the same tune that Elle Driver from “Kill Bill” whistles

Maybe concealment is part of the spell.
It’s also possible that the spell is meant to protect the people in the room, and that Urtica is fully aware of it.
